Class Schedule

All students must take a minimum of 4 private lessons before joining a group class.

Group Classes: Quartets: Privates & Duets:

Private and duet classes are scheduled at the client's convenience.

We offer:

Pilates training: We offer private classes, duets, quartets, and small group classes on all the Pilates equipment.

GYROTONIC ® exercises: Private classes on the Pulley Tower combination.

Moving Breath Floor Barre: Combines modern/ballet/dance movements with strength and flexibility exercises. Floor Barre begins with the students lying supine. Over the course of 42 minutes, the choreographed exercises progress to a final lengthened standing posture. Floor Barre is very relaxing yet produces significant results for strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles. Anyone can participate in Floor Barre and develop increased coordination, balance, proprioception, and have fun at the same time.

Exercise Rehabilitation: Individual classes designed to assist in recovery from back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, joint pain, or surgery.
